Every support call leaves a clue.

Call Nerd captures ordinary Android phone calls, turns them into readable evidence, and shows your team what customers keep asking—without creating another daily admin job.

I placed an order yesterday, but I need it sent to my office instead.

No problem. Could you share the order number?

Private deployment

Your operational record lives with you.

Call Nerd is deployed for one organisation at a time. The dashboard, database, transcripts, questions, and management record live in the client-controlled environment.

Honest about the edges.

Selected speech and AI services still process each call to transcribe and structure it. Your team controls those service accounts and billing.

01Approved phoneHolds pending audio privately until receipt.
02Your Call NerdPrivate dashboard, database, and short-lived audio buffer.
03Selected servicesSpeech and AI processing through client accounts.
Keep the record, not the recording.

After the transcript and analysis are safely committed, source audio is deleted through a retryable cleanup process. The useful record remains.

A good fit if...

Your customers still call—and those calls matter.

  • 01Your support team answers ordinary cellular calls. No new calling platform or daily upload ritual.
  • 02You want the repeated questions, not an “AI score.”Evidence stays attached to the conversation.
  • 03You need a private, ownable deployment.Clear accounts, boundaries, training, and handoff.

Plain answers

Before you ask.

No black-box theatre. Here are the practical things teams usually want to know first.

Does the team need to upload every call?

No. Automatic capture and upload are the normal path. Manual recording and file import remain available as fallbacks when a device or call cannot be captured reliably.

What languages does it handle?

The workflow is multilingual. We confirm the languages your team needs during deployment, then keep the original-language transcript alongside a consistent translated view for review.

Is it completely offline or isolated from AI providers?

No—and the product does not pretend otherwise. The core deployment and operational record are private to the client, while selected speech and AI services process calls through client-owned accounts.

What happens to the audio?

Audio is held privately while work is incomplete or failed. After the transcript and analysis are safely stored, a durable cleanup job deletes the source audio and keeps the useful record.
